Decoflora is a long established family business based on the coast of West Cumbria. Our humble beginnings started with a small retail shop selling flower arrangements for the home.
 
For almost 21 years we have specialised in silk flowers, artificial flowers and luxury faux flowers, foliage, plants and trees and we have enjoyed every minute of sharing our passion for all things floral with our customers.

RETURNS POLICY
 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Decoflora please return your puchase within 7 days, with all labels and tags intact, in the original packaging, and we will arrange for a full refund using the same method as the original payment.
 
Please note that unless the goods you wish to return are faulty, you are responsible for the payment of the return postage. We would recommend, therefore, that you use a reliable, signed for, delivery service and retain your proof of postage.
